I have two garage doors programmed in to zone 24 on my GECONCORD4 system.
I want to program the system so when I hit the button on my keyfob to alarm or that when I come home that I can get in and out without the alarm going off. Essentially I guess put a delay before it triggers anything. How do I do that?

Program that zone as sensor group/zone type 11 or 12.
11 is extended delay, 12 is double the standard delay you have set for your normal entry/exit doors.
