I have a garage door with a tension spring system. When the door is closing, it is very jerky when the bottom door panel moves from the horizontal track part to the vertical part. Once this panel is vertical, the rest of the closing process is pretty smooth, as is the opening process. I have disconnected the opener and closed the door manually I can still feel a lot of resistance at the same point. I have inspected the hinges and they seem to be OK. I had a repairman out to look it over and he lubricated most of the parts and made some adjustments to the track and chain, but the resistance is still there.

Any ideas on what might be wrong and how to fix it? Thanks.
