I have a counter that is the standard 24" depth. I am putting in a barsink that has less depth, about 14". In terms of locating the sink, is it best to push it to the back of the counter (closest to wall), center it, or pull it to the front edge of the counter? The faucet holes are part of the sink, so it will line up no matter where it goes.

Thanks

Leave plenty of room for cleaning behind it. Otherwise I would stand in front of the location and see what is comfortable. If you centered it, I think it will be too deep to be comfortably used.

Also the larger space at the back allows for placement of decorative items or supplies.

Hi mykeytea,

Pull to the front, indeed
Children and not too tall people.... :D work easily when the sink is close to the front
