My standing shower has ceramic tiling walls and a fiberglass floor. The tiles are well kept but the floor is so dirty and messy. Probably the previous owner did overuse chemicals on it, resulting some damaging small spots where I can not clean and restore the original white color. I'm exploring two alternatives:

1/ Replace the floor: in order to take the old floor out, I think I'll have to damage the lowest row of tiles. It is very hard to find the replacing tiles which match the color of the row of tiles right above the bottom one. This is a big job.

2/ Glue a white, waterproof thin sheet of plastic or any kind of similar material directly on the current floor. Anybody knows where I can find such a sheet? The floor size is 30 x 46. Thanks very much for your advices.

Check with a local company that does fiberglass repairs. They can probably improve the situation if not make it like new.
