Hey all..thanks for the help on this site!
Ok, so I bought a 2 year old foreclosure home in Madison MS.
Its an all brick home, that had a bad flashing that I just got repaired. There was a small leak at the flashing above the backdoor wall where the walls meet and, a small amount of water stains on the concrete floors under the baseboards. I see no staining except a slight bit where the baseboards meet. I was told by my roofer I should just paint and caulk over the slight damage. Will this be sufficent? I look to prime these walls and baseboards with killz and repaint.
It this common to do, or is replacing all the sheet rock and baseboards what needs to be done.
Any help or recommendations will be greatly appreciated.
