I have a gravity direct vent fireplace. It can run for hours fine. Other times whether it is hot or cold it shuts off.:confused: I have cleaned it and vacuumed it.:wall: I do not have any manuals for this unit. I have not been able to locate the make on line. It is a Warnock Hersey model # FXDZI/DVS N. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Warnock Hersey is a testing lab that certifies products much like Underwriters Labratories (UL). They do not manufacture fireplaces.

I have not found any model number FXDZI/DVS N anywhere.

We need more, accurate info.

We need more, accurate info. The only other name is FX FIREPLACES INC ETOBICOKE ONTARIO CANADA. I have tried to look the name up but am unable to find it. The fire place is about 20 + years old.:(
