We have built a concrete block wall, covered in blue stone. One section of the wall has concrete sculpture enclosed in it. I want to build a shelf on both sides of our grill, covered in porcelain tile. Using heavy duty shelf brackets to hold the shelf, but just not sure what to use to apply the tile to. I am thinking about using Dens Shield board on top of plywood. Any thoughts please.
