Hi,
I have a pedalstal sink with a 8 inch wide spread faucet in my bathroom that is dripping hot water from the faucet. Does anyone know if those faucets have washers or do I have to replace faucet? Thanks

You shouldn't have to replace the faucet. There is either a washer or a cartridge in there.
