My shower has been remodeled three years ago. Since it is a frameless showeer door which cannot stop some water leaking out from the door at edge of the show pan and the tile wall.
I only noticed this recently and when I pull up the vinyle floor I saw the mold is spread to a quite large area. See the pictures in following link.

My question:
1) Who should I call to fix the problem?
2) I plan to break the last tile above the show pan and take the pan out, take out the vinyl floor and redo whole floor. Do I just need find a tile/bathroom contractor or need sombody specialized on mold?
3) I am in Bay Area. Please referral If you know somebody who can fix this problem.

bathroom contracter should be fine . you should also replace sheetrock where water damage is, along with the subfloor
