We're in the process of demolishing our entire main deck and we'd like to get rid of the pool.
I've listed this fiberglass 12' x 18' pool for free on Craigslist but I had no takers.
I've also had ideas of turning it up side down and turning into a shed.
Otherwise, how can I get rid of this thing? I will be rebuilding a new, much smaller, terraced concrete patio up above.
Would I be able to chop it up into manageable pieces and perhaps use them as back fill when I start terracing?
Here's a photo of the pool from what used to be below deck level:

Sawsall or similar, cut it into chunks and have it hauled off with the rest of the debris.
If no-one wants it..thats pretty much it. A shame too.....

You could cut it up but doing so could create a hazardous condition.
The dust that would be created is harmful to breath and you would need to be gowned up and wearing a proper respirator.
You also could send a cloud over to your neighbor's house.
Would the people that hauled away the scrap lumber not be able to remove it?
