I recently found the perfect greenhouse which I put together and am now growing all sorts of plants and vegetables. My problem was I live in Colorado and it's COLD here in the winter. This greenhouse is 10mm thick twin-walled polycarbonate and aluminum frame. Cost me abut 1975.00 delivered.

I put a 10,000 BTU heater in it and it's warm down to about 10 degrees F.

Last winter I had fresh tomatoes in January and it was always really nice to go out in the hot, humid environment while it was snowing outside. During the sunny winter days I even had to open up the roof vents as it was getting too hot!

Growing in the winter is really possible, even here in Colorado. I tried a couple of those 4mm single wall greenhouses and even a 6mm single wall, but everything froze in the winter. Having the double walled panels is what made it work. The dead air space really helped. Just thought I'd share my experience with everyone.
