I'm planning on putting underfloor heat, and the cable system seems to be better for my situation. However, I was just told by a big box store that after I put the cable down, I have to poor self leveling compound down to bring hte floor up to the level of the cable. I've seen "how to" videos and those do NOT use self leveling compound.
Anyone have any info. to lead me in the right direction?
