I am finishing a basemnet in Northborough, Ma. It does not have enough windows to satisfy the building inspector and codes. Does anyone have any expertise in this area. He suggested mechanical ventilation to bring fresh are in, would I also need to bring air out? He was not to helpful and told me to look it up in the code book. I have not been able to find anything I have the old one 6th edition and just ordered the new one today any help would be much apprieciated.
