I am having a problem with my upstairs shower. The shower has a single nozel that turns left or right. In the middle is off, turn to left for cold, turn to right for hot. Never seen one like this. Other showers in the house are ones that all the way to the right is off and as you turn to the left you can adjust the temp - all the way to the left is hot. With this one I can't get a warm temp. Once I turn it to the right it's too hot. The temp on the water heater is set to normal. Other shower temps in the house are normal. Does this setup on this nozel seem right? Looking for recommendations that I can do to fix this problem. Thanks!

First off, appears that the cartridge is installed 180 degrees backwards. You might try reversing it. Of course, check and clean cartridge while it's out. Identify your faucet brand and the valve body behind wall while there. Moen has one valve body with a mixing spool in it. Need to know brand.
