I had a technician from local AC service company check out my Air handler for Blower wheel problem. I ended up replacing the blower wheel my self since he quoted $500 to replace it and I checked a head of time with local parts supplies store who quoted $37 for wheel.

I replaced the blower wheel/motor my self and before disconnecting any wires, I clearly marked each and every wire. After putting back the Air handle motor, it works fine but the outdoor unit does not turn on. I am assuming the technician guy must have mixed up some of the wires that connects to thermostat/outdoor unit.

I have drawn an image with the available wires and I have marked them 1, 2, 3....

The existing wire connections are
1-8, 2-7, 3-9, 4-12, 5-11, 6-10.

I would really appreciate if someone can tell me the correct wiring connections.

i see the connections as 3/9...10/6...4/5...*1/7...*2/8 (*your backwards there ...white is heat/green is fan on subbase) don't know what is FPL but it is holding the HOT R from the TR from getting up to the subbase.that FPL seems like a limit safty to shut the condenser off should be normally closed opens when trips...

I just realized that I made a mistake on the hand sketch I have drawn. I wrongly marked Blower Relay and Heater Relay wires from Air Handler. I switched wires 1 & 2 to 7 & 8. The system is working but its not cooling. Its just sending in regular air. Does it take time to start cooling ?

The FPL ON CALL is a device from local power company connected to the water heater that will turn it off during the day time. I am assuming the AC wires are connected to it to turn it OFF along with water heater.

wire together 11/12 or 4/5 to see if the condenser section runs from a stat call for cooling if it does then that gizmo on the HWH is killing the R up to the stat...i think?
