We had our bathroom wetsealed about 10 month ago we have floor boards underneath and then they put down cement sheeting (or something) then wet seal then tiled. My husband never got around to grouting betweeen the tiles and now water seems to be dripping through the wooden floor we think maybe it comes trough the shower resess because we can't find a leaking pipe. The guy who did it recons that it is becasue we didn't grout and that wet seal is actually ruined when in contact with too much water. Is that true and is there anything we can do other then ripping up the tiles and starting again?
