Bought this coffee maker 4 weeks ago and one morning it leaked all over the countertop. Called customer service and they agreed to send me a new machine. In the mean time, out of curiosity I took the bottom off and discovered a crack in a rubber hose. Does anyone know where I can get replacement hose? Will try the "authorized service center" first but is seems like a waste to throw it away if I can safely repair a non-electrical part.
