I have three rotten porch columns. Each one is 9'x8"x8" with moulding around the top. The rain water has softened all three over the years and now the rot and termites have gone all the way through. How do I repair or replace them without bringing down the roof?Beer 4U2

It sounds like they are beyond repair. You're probably looking at replacement.

Set a 9' tall post temporarily a foot or so from one and support the roof with that. Once you have the first one replaced, move the temporary post near the next one and replace it.

I use a jack post to raise the roof just enough to remove the old post and install the new post. Not sure if you will find one tall enough. May need to use cribbing at the bottom to get enough height. Good luck with your project.

I remember, years ago, I bought extruded fluted round column posts and (after assembly) replaced columns for a customer. I believer they were 9" in circumference and came with a matching capital and base. Being extruded metal, they took the entire support of the porch roof, and looked great. Maybe an option. Methods of R&R are as Mike and Ken suggested.
