Apply at various gutter installation companies in your area. Learn by doing. Since most gutter jobs use continuous gutters, you would need a special forming die, various colors of coil stock, a truck to transport them etc. With your on the job training you also need to amass a good sized nest egg for start up. Then there is the problem of competing with established firms who have good word of mouth advertising from satisfied customers.

As said, the only pros I know that install rain gutters use a forming machine.
It is a trade that has experience as its only qualification.
If you wanted to learn it get a job with a local company that does this.
If you wanted to do this on your own you would need a substantial investment as goldstar has already said.
