I have a Rheem 1993 split AC which came with the house.
From last 2 days the Air-Handler starts with a loud noise and runs rough. I don't have much knowledge about A/C and its parts/functional. I posted a small video in youtube here YouTube - A/C Air handler loud noise problem (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kwTc1tWl0uA)
I would really appreciate if people can give some advise about the potential problem and some do-it-yourself information and possibilly where I can purchase parts.
The Air-Handler info:
Single Supply Circuit Electrical Data
208/240 Volts
Motor HP-FLA: 1/2-3.4
PH/HZ: 1/60

You will need to open up the air handler and see whats going on, thats the only way.
Make sure you turn off power first
