I recently noticed no air flow with AC on, investigation resulted on frozen lines and Evap coil. Turned off overnight tried again with no luck. Also no blower action in heat mode, no blower action in an variable setting on the PCB lo,med,hi etc. Outside fan and all seem to be working fine with the exception of the blower. Although I verifired the power to the blower, my question is, are there relays to activiate this blower aside from the power to the blower to turn it on? Also, I can turn the blower in either direction with no resisitance (seems fine)...is blower bad or am I missing something...

Well...interesting I got no reply at all to this post? Thanks... I continued troubleshhoting and found a faulty trace on the motor control module, all good now
