I would like to know the correct hole saw to use for cutting the cleanest hole possible in PVC. I would like it to be clean enough not to need additional sanding to make it smooth. I have seen carbide tipped, brazed carbide, etc ... I'm confused!:wall:
Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated:rolleyes:

A regular metal cutting hole saw would be your best bet.
It is a relatively coarse cut but any finer a blade and the pvc would overheat and melt.
What size hole in what size PVC and what exactly are you building?
