I am installing a Honeywell IAQ w/ outdoor sensor with a Trane XV95 furnace, XR14 A/C & Cleaneffects filter.
What's the proper wiring between the XV95 & the EIM module? It's a little confusing as to cut the board jumper or not. I do want to take advantage of the IAQ's dehumidifying features using the A/C. I feel it's better than the Comfort-R. Any help would be appreciated.

Will be glad to help out. Welcome aboard! Yes, the IAQ does a good job with the humidity removal. Ideal tip is don't run the fan in "ON" mode in cooling season.
EMI-------XV95-------A/C
R*---------R
C----------C/B---------C
Y-----------Y2---------Y
W1--------W1
W2--------W2 (make sure there is no jumper between this and W1 on the furnace)
*= Leave the factory jumpers between the 3 R's.
Jumper from one of the R's down to DHUM1
DHUM2---------BK on the furnace.
On the furnace board, add a jumper wire between Y2 and O. Cut the BK jumper wire on board itself
Wire the low voltage wire on the furnace board from the CleanEffect.
Let me know if you want me to give you the installer set up settings.

Thanks for your help. The settings are pretty straight forward. Here is a link to the Honeywell IAQ info. The info that comes with the thermostat is lacking.
