After years of mixing concrete in the wheelbarrow I'm ready to buy an electric concrete mixer as I constantly have on-going concrete projects around the house. Besides, I'm very tired. :D
I'm willing to spend up to $750 for a decent unit.
Any particular type or brands I should look for or avoid? Also, which is more practical, a pedestal or wheelbarrow style mixer?
I will be pouring slabs in small sections on my next project.

Thank you!

I use the wheelboro type. We use it alot. I bought mine at Menards. The trick is the motor. Mine has lasted over 5 years and never failed yet. $750 seems a little high but times are a changin. Good Luck
