I am making a table and want to antique the wood to look like it is skip sawn and antiqued. This table at Pottery Barn has the look that I like. Hyde Coffee Table | Pottery Barn (http://www.potterybarn.com/products/hyde-coffee-table/?pkey=ccoffee-tables)

I am using some old yellow pine that I cut up from some old doors that I had. The wood has a nice heart pine patina to it but it is smooth from the planer. I want the table to look worn and rustic.
Any thoughts on how to achieve this look? I can beat it up with a chain and other tools to get the dents but the saw marks are what I am looking for. I have run it through my table saw on edge but it doesn't do much - not like the old saw mills would do.

thanks
