looking to see what a fair price would be for materials and labor for adding floor(base) and window moulding (2 windows) to a 12 x 12 room.. colonial style (home depot) ....long island, ny.

My guess would be in the $500 range provided you found someone local. Travel time obviously increases the labor expenses of any company.
