I turned off house water turned on faucets thruout the house.Hooked up the Titan.With the cold water supply valve shut off I turned on the water came in turned off all the faucets checked the Titan and water was flowing out the case.Water was hooked up right can anybody tell me what went wrong was it me or the unit? I didn't try turning the valve on.

Sorry...I'm really not sure what you did....

cold water supply off.....but you turned on water?

Sounds like you didn't get a good seal at the supply ...(I think)

If the water is leaking..you should be able to ID where its coming from. If its a new WH...something isn't hooked up correctly most likely.

I put a valve on the supply to the water heater so i could turn off that water without shutting off the whole house.

Ready for this.I reinstalled my old water heater.Turned on the water and a stream of water shot out one of the mounting holes i drilled.Right in the middle of the pipe.
