I have an inverter set up on my generator. Ive had it for almost a year, i have it set up outside underneath my solar panel that is propped up against the side of my house so it doesnt get rained on. well it has been raining for a week straight here and i turn my inverter on today and all it does is beep. i read where it was supposed to be kept out of rain and moisture, im thinking moisture could have got into it and caused it to short circuit but if it isnt that then i dont know what it is. i was wondering if anyone had any quick fixes for something like that.
