Hi,
I am replacing a Totaline P974-0100 thermostat with a new Honeywell Pro3000 / TH3210D1004, and I can't find a wiring diagram for the old Totaline to match up wiring locations on the new Honeywell.
Can anyone give me a hand with swapping wiring over from the Totaline to the Honeywell. It's going on a Lenox Heat Pump system.

Thanks much.

I am not able to find a manual for your t-stat. Must be an older stat?

What letter are the wires hooked up to on the t-stat now?

R--Red
G---Green
ect..

What is the heating/cooling equipement make and model #?

The wiring block on the Totaline has the following letters.

------------B
------------O
R G Y1 W2 W1 Y2 C

(R)Red, (G)Green, (Y1)Yellow, (W2)White, (O)Orange, (C)Blue

Hope this helps.

Nothing is hooked up to O and B, and as well W1?

The O,B, & W1 are the same spot. There is an orange wire connected there. I was able to get a wiring diagram for the Totaline, it lists the orange wire as being the 1st stage heat circuit and the white as the 2nd stage heat circuit.

The Totaline connections, are 24 vac common (C), fan relay (G), compressor circuit (Y1), 1st stage heat circuit (O,B,W1), 24 vac return (R) and 2nd stage heat circuit (W2).

The Honeywell is, 24 vac common (C), Changeover valve energized in cooling (B), Power (R), Sends output when set to EM. Heat (L), Changeover valve energized in cooling (O), Fan relay (G), Compressor contactor (Y), Auxiliary heat relay (Aux), and Emergency heat relay (E).

So at this point it's just the Orange and White heat wire connections I'm a bit unsure on.

Honeywell list's it as a 2H/1C Heat Pump System, if that helps.

Ok, here how it should be on the new t-stat.

C-------blue
R/Rh---Red
G-------Green
Aux/E--White (jumper between Aux and E.
O/B-----Orange.
Y1------Yellow.

What is your back up heat? (Gas or electric) Do you have extra wire in the wall?

Back up heat is electric. I have a brown and a black wire not being used coming out of the wall.

One other question, since the Honeywell has both the O (changeover valve energized in cooling) and the B (changeover valve energized in heating), does it matter which one I connect the orange (1st stage heat circuit- from the old totaline) to?

Do you know how many banks of of element your air handler has? (stages)

If you don't get the model and make of your air handler.

You will want to wire the orange wire to O.

Looked your air handler, and says heating element are optional. Have you seen the model # on the elements?

Another thing you can look for is on the air handler, where the wires hooks up from the t-stat, and out door unit, do you see any wires on any of the W's?
