:wall: Brand new home, horrible roommate. Damage now to bathroom cabinet where I am worried that there may be no other choice but to replace the cabinet. I am worried about the water damage under it which looks like it has been sitting there for a while without me knowing since it was my roommate's private bathroom. It not only damage the bottom of the cabinet, but it looks like the water went through the back of the cabinet and seeped somewhere that I "can't" see which has me really worried. Any suggestions on how to clean this stuff up? Or do I need to replace the entire cabinet in fear of mold? I do have pictures of the severity if anyone needs to see them personally as I do not have them on a URL yet. Thank you for your help in advance.

Most over the counter bathroom cabinets are made from Press board with a thin veneer. This type of wood will soak water up like a sponge. It sounds like you will need to replace all or part of the cabinet. Send me your photos and I will post them for you: webzedge@gmail.com

Thank you so much. I am hunting now for a new cabinet as this one is totally ruined because it has made it into the walls and onto the trimming as you can see in this picture. I guess I need to start getting the measurements. :madhell:
