We have recently added a vinyl sunroom as a family room to our home. The anchor points for the windows treatments are vinyl. Is there any special type of screws or bolts that self seal that are available to hold these in place without getting loose over time?

A sheet metal screw will hold well in vinyl. The screw should penetrate the vinyl 3/8" to 1/2". Do not predrill a hole let the screw cut into the vinyl.
