if your buying a Sealy bed, do you need a boxspring if the mattress sits on a hard surface..??? is it better? explain

"Need" and "better" I don't know, but you can certainly do it with no ill effects if it's comfortable for you.:coffee:

I used just a mattress in a waterbed frame (plywood base) for years w/no problem.
