My Westinghouse LCD TV (out of warranty) started showing parts of the picture in bright red or green, while other parts of the picture (like a face, for example) show perfectly normal color. This used to be an intermittent problem, but now it does it all the time. Is this an inverter problem? Something else you might know about? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

So far all the problems I've seen with westinghouse tvs have been caused by a defective power supply.
