I have a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 4X4 4.7 motor.
The heat or A/C only comes out of the dash vents, no floor or defrost.
I pulled the dash and all three acutator motors are working but the one at the bottom center of the dash seems to be the problem. The nub that the motor connects to just spins in the heater box.
My daughter said she truned on the defrosters and heard a loud pop from the dash and then it was stuck on the dash vents only since then.
A Little help from anyone would be great!
