Hey,

We are buying our first home and this chimney came up on our inspection report. How much would you estimate it would cost for someone to repair this chimney?

Would you recommend a metal chimney cap & a thorough video inspection? How much would you estimate they would cost as well?

Did anyone look inside the chimney? The entire lining may be shot.
