Outdoor Power Equipment and Small Engines - How To Rebuild Tecumseh Electric Start?

My Tecumseh electric start is not working properly, all it does go in hit the flywheel and won't turn the flywheel.
Is anyone know what is wrong with it? How am I rebuild the electric start to make it works?

The engine start with the pull-start, the engine does not have battery, It's plug in with electric cord.
This is a snow blower yard machine model#31AS250-800 made by Tecumseh

Does the starter hum or make any noise once it engages the flywheel and stops? If not, I suspect a bad starter button. If it hums, the starter motor has a problem and you'll have to open it up to see what is bad. Could be brushes, could be dry bushings, could be burned up.

The starter was turn... when engage the flywheel then stop.
I did took it apart, inspected inside and cleaned, put back.... and tried .....It did the same thing, I don't know why ???

maybe post a few pics of the starter and the wires that lead to the machine and to the starter.
it scould be that you have a 12 volt starter that is powered by 110 volts that comes through a transformer. to bring it down to 12 volts. the transformer could be bad.

or you have a 110 volt starter. does this machine, when it works as it is supposed to, start with the electric starter when it is not plugged in?
