Sony tv showing double and some time is fine. Do I need to change or repair. Is it worth repair.

The set has bad solder connections on the convergence ics.A repair shop will replace the parts.If you like the set and it makes a good picture when it's working right, then getting a repair estimate would let you know if you would want to spend the money to repair it.
