I have a Zenith PVR4663DT tv and we have had problems with the screen being blurry. Well about a year or so ago after we moved, we tried hooking it up and the power is not turning on. It is not coming on at all. There is no indication that it is receiving power. I'm not sure if it's the screen or what.

Sounds like you have 2 modules bad. The sweep / power module and the focus assymbly.Aftermarket parts are the only parts available to fix it.Because of the price of the parts and thier questionable quallity I would not put the money in this set to fix it.
