I have a LG LMVM2075ST model Microwave
Most of the push button display buttons don't work. The buttons don't beep when pushed and nothing happens except when you push the #7 it registers the #3 on the display and when pushing the ''melt/soft'' button the hood lights operate. any suggestionson how to fix?

I take it this is an over-the-range microwave/hood unit? The first thing I'd do is either unplug the unit or turn off the circuit breaker serving it for a few minutes, then turn the power back on, and see if that solves the problem. Sometimes today's microprocessor controlled appliances can get "scrambled" by a voltage spike, and disconnecting the power for a few minutes allows the microprocessor to reset itself.
If that doesn't work, it sounds like your microwave has some internal problems, and I'll let some of the experts chime in, if that's the case.
