Looking for way to remove old water stains from ceiling of motorhome. Have seen on a repair site in past, but alas cannot find it now. Any help will be greatly welcomed.........

Welcome to the forums!
I can't speak specifically for motor homes but generally water stains can't be removed. Usually the stain is sealed with a solvent based primer [a pigmented shellac like zinnser's BIN is best] and then the substrate is repainted.
