The pull rope on my BC30 is stuck after being pulled out while trying to start and won't retract. I unscrewed the engine from the shaft. How do I get to the rope to rewind it?

Sometimes you can just bump the unit near the rope rewind sharply with a block of wood and it will retract if it's just stuck. If it's really jammed up, then you may need to remove the rewind and see what went wrong.
