Would I have to put down something over the OSB in order to install peel 'n press vinyl tiles?:o

Welcome to the forums! Probably not, but make sure you get all the carpet staples out and ensure the OSB is flat and smooth. I would do an extra cleaning of the surface with something like Methyl Ethyl Keytone (MEK) to get rid of any residue left from the carpet installation. You're sure it's OSB and not particle board, right?

if i were hired to do the bathroom i whould recommend to put 1/4" plywood down . that whould ensure a smooth finshed look
