Can someone tell me how to get the new fuel lines through the little holes in the fuel tank? Should I heat them up to stretch them out? I am trying to replace lines on my chainsaw. I gave up on my weedeater (exact same issue). I have since learned not to store with gas in them and they won't get brittle and crumble so easily, but that won't be an issue unless I get the new lines installed.:wall:

Last time I did one I took a pair of scissors and cut the end at a very sharp angle to provide a narrow starting point for getting it in the hole. Plus WD-40 to lube it up a bit.

Tow-guy got it...cut the end at a hard angle and then it is easy enough to feed it into the hole.
