Hey guys.....

Just a simple Septic service question.....

Is there a significant difference between a portable "Drain Jetter" and a 2200PSI pressure washer with a "Laser-Jet " nozzle screwed on??

Unknown to me, the "Lint screen " on the washing machine has had a split in it.....And my "Gray Tank" no longer drains down....Remove the "Cleanout " caps, and run the pump... I have excellent flow, good pressure , and the tank drains right down....."Soil probe" came up bone dry.....Local septic company, who has been in the area for years, and came highly recommended, told me the field lines are Mildly restricted and need to be "Jetted", but they dont perform that service any longer. I was told a pressure washer with a Jet Nozzle would work just fine or , rent a drain Jetter, ...Or "Call This guy"...The referred Company told me over the phone, 650$.
Im not going to balk at the cash, cuz if it needs to be done, it needs to be done , and I cant change that, But am I wasting my time firing up my Pressure washer????
