Hi

I dont have a clue about gardening so i have 2 simple questions:

Just next to wall of the house some plants have started to grow (see attached pic). I want to know if its dangerous for these plants to grow so close to the wall.

How can I remove such plants, so they dont grow again.

Also, in my garden, some bushes and plants are growing and I need simple tool to cut them and remove them.

What tool do I use for this? Do I just use a garden scissors for this?

Spray weeds in the photo with Roundup weed killer. Garden weeds should be removed by digging out the roots.
