I have an approx 100 year old home with three 10" wood Tuscan columns supporting the front porch. The bases of two are in good shape and I would *like* to restore them. The third is another matter. It is completely rotted out and will have to be replaced. However I am in a conundrum. Do I replace just this one base, and if so, how do I match the other two (non-matching is not acceptable). OR do I replace all three to maintain an order of consistency. I tend to be restoration minded so I'm not keen on tearing out the perfectly good bases just so I can have three new (likely synthetic) replacement bases. Since the bases were covered in concrete (likely to hide the rot on the one column) I have a profile mold of the base, albeit in a cumbersome chunk of concrete. Are there manufacturers/woodshops who can turn out a replica of my one base, and if so what is it going to cost?
I have been making the rounds to my local architectural salvage shops with no luck (BTW I am in Louisville, KY).
Anybody have any ideas?

don't know where but for the right price yes you will find someone to turn out a replica of that base, if the others are good then I would just replace that one probably, but it might be cheeper to replace all three than to match just the one.
