am making a cypress table
currently working on table top
3- 12" X 2" X 6' boards
glued the first two fine
the third board not been ripped currectly (to straighten 6' X 2" edge) and when glued introduced a slope to the table (so table top is not level)
considering
ripping on table saw down the glue line
and then trying again
any suggestions
will this work?

Welcome to the forums!
I have done this before to fix an edge glued joint. It should take care of the problem assuming that by not ripping it correctly, you mean that there is a slight bevel. Make sure the blade is square, rip down the glue line and reglue/clamp.
Make sure the slope of the table top is facing down (so it's "frowning") when you push it throught the saw to avoid the piece rocking on the saw. Believe me, you don't want that.
