the electrical plug for trailer tow is not working on the left side for brake and left turn signal. the tail lights work and all on the right side. the fuses are all good. the brake and stop on the truck itself are separate bulbs. is there a converter box or something that would make the plug not get current? I have all lights working on the truck but in the two trailer plug outlets both have no brake or turn signal.

Look carefully at the fuses again....there are fuses for both left and right sides, as well as a "Trailer Tow" relay in the PDC...
If not, Remove the left rear tail light lens and find the waterlogged splice....

thanks, but what is a PDC? I will check the fuses again. I was using a digital tester that when grounded and the tip placed on top of the fuse, it registers the voltage. I will pull them out and check them.
