I have a delta table saw and when i start it up the motor and the belt start to hop all over the place. It doesnt happen every time I start it up. The two pulleys seem to be aligned properly. Has anyone else ever had this problem? Could it be a voltage issue at a certain plug? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
