I have an old merc prop that was given to me and i need to find out what model it came off of so i can try and sell it. I've looked all over google and only came to the conclusion that it is a mercury prop. The number stamped by the splines is 48-73508-19, and then 76370 on the side. I couldn't find any site that had reference of this prop. Any help would be great, thanks.

Props are made to fit a lot of dirrerent motors. The part # you listed indicates it's a 19 pitch. The pitch and how many splines it has will detemine what motors it will fit. Most likely it will fit all v-6 outboards and alpha one outdrives.
Count the splines 17 for the bigger motors and 15 for smaller.
